Bridging courses 2009

During February, bridging courses are offered for students commencing study in the Faculty of Health Sciences in:

Bridging courses are also open to anyone interested in brushing up their Chemistry, Physics or Grammatical Analysis.

Each bridging courses aims to develop an understanding of basic scientific concepts and a scientific way of thinking. They are designed to assist students who have not studied these subjects at an appropriate HSC level or who have not studied them for some time. While bridging courses may be strongly recommended for commencing students, they are not prerequisites.

Self-assessment test

As a general rule, if you have studied and passed the equivalent subject at HSC level, you will not need to do the bridging course. If you are not sure whether or not you need to do a bridging course, you can download and complete the self-assessment tests located on the individual course pages.
