Graduate Diplomas and Certificates

Please note that the closing date for domestic student applications for Semester 1 2010 will be 30 October 2009. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Graduate Diplomas (36 credit points*, 1 year full time; 1.5 years part time)
These courses are intended for those seeking a course similar to the Masters Degree but of shorter duration or with multiple exit points. In most circumstances students can articulate to the master’s course on satisfactory completion of the graduate diploma.

- Graduate Diploma of Health Science (Medical Radiation Sciences)
- Graduate Diploma of Health Science (Medical Sonography)
- Graduate Diploma of Health Science (Sexual Health)
Graduate Certificates (24 credit points*, 6 months full time; 1 year part time)
Intended for those who wish to undertake a short academic training course for career reasons or to sample further study in order to assess whether a Graduate Diploma or Masters would be suitable for them. In most circumstances, students can articulate to the graduate diploma or master's course on successful competition of the graduate certificate.

How to apply
Local student applications for the specialist master’s are submitted directly to the Faculty. Please see the application forms for more information and refer to the specific course pages for eligibility criteria. International students wishing to apply should contact the International Office.
